Yes, our business is licensed through the state of Colorado as well as the city of Littleton. We carry a few insurance policies for our business. One policy covers our employees, clients and studio. Another policy covers camera and lighting equipment.
A $500 non-refundable retainer is required to hold your wedding date. It will be applied to your wedding collection. The remaining balance of your wedding collection will be due 21 days prior to your wedding day.
Generally, services are not subject to sales tax. But in Colorado, “labor and services involved in producing or fabricating a photograph” is subject to sales tax. The entire sale includes the cost of the photographer’s time to photograph and edit the photos. “However, if you transfer a photograph electronically and do not include any physical products in your sale, tax does not apply.
The choice is yours! If you decide you need more coverage time, just ask! We offer additional coverage time at $150 an hour. This rate includes post production-time.
Your $500 retainer is non-refundable. The remaining balance is refundable as long as you cancel more than 60 days from your reserved date. If you cancel within 60 days of your wedding day, all payments are non-refundable. If you are forced to reschedule your wedding date and the new date is open, we will honor your original agreement.
Our wedding photographers will dress professionally. They will wear a black dress shirt with black dress slacks. Black shoes will also be worn. Black is worn so not to be a distraction to your guests. Our photographers will blend in as much as possible.

You should be able to access your photos through the internet within 3 weeks of your event date. We will email you a log-in and password after color-correction editing is completed. Prints should be available within a week from your order date.
Our studio has several wedding photographers available to back-up Tim, if needed. Tim has never missed an event due to sickness or for any other reason.
Absolutely not! There are many costs involved in a wedding, not to mention the honeymoon. If you are short on cash and want to purchase additional prints at a later date, you are welcome to do so. Print prices are subject to change.
No, currently we only photograph weddings within Colorado.
We charge travel fees for weddings taking place more than 25 miles from our studio. A lodging fee may be required should photographers be needed after 10 p.m. and your event takes place an hour (or more) from our studio.
We use a professional lab that processes our prints on Kodak Endura Professional Paper. This is the most popular paper used by professional photographers. It is a traditional E-Surface paper that boasts accurate color, realistic saturation, and excellent skin tone reproduction. It has an Archival Value of 100 years in home display.
